Description of Services

The Menard County Probation and Court Services Department provides services assigned to it by the 8th Judicial Circuit Court and by law.  Supervision includes conditions of probation, supervision and conditional discharge cases referred by and as directed by the court.

This office strives to provide programs and services for adult and juvenile offenders which will promote community protection, offender accountability and competency development.
