Description of Services
The Recorders Office handles various matters that include: deeds, mortgages, liens, etc., payroll and accounts payable, hunting and fishing licenses, raffle licenses, assumed name applications, elections and genealogy.

Q: How much are genealogy copies?
A: $3.00 for each page.
Q: How can I find out what may be owed for back taxes?
A: Contact the County Clerk for the total owed on your property.
Q: How do I find out if I am registered to vote?
A: Contact this office and an employee will be available to assist you.
Q: Can I get a hunting and fishing license in the courthouse?
A: The County Clerk can issue these in their first floor office.
Q: How much are other copies?
A: Certified copies are $11.00 for the first copy and $8.00 for each additional copy.
Q: What is the current marriage/civil union license fee?
A: $50.00
